Our elaborate theme buffets are guaranteed to please you and all of your guests by creating the perfect combination of delicious food and appropriate presentation to fit your theme and enhance your party or event. We have created the ultimate themed menus which can be customized to fit your individual taste, needs & budget.

Baby Oregon shrimp cocktails, fresh Dungeness crab cocktails, smoked salmon & Northwest cheeses and oysters on the half shell all displayed over shaved ice with Northwest décor.

Station 2
Fresh Yaquina bay Oysters pan fried by our chefs on site with cocktail and tartar sauces on the side.

Station 3
Fresh fruit display (includes fresh Oregon berries when in season)
Oregon bleu cheese salad in light vinaigrette
Fresh organic greens with raspberry vinaigrette

Mac's signature Northwest glazed baked salmon
