Mac’s can provide any kind of beverage you request. We are fully licensed, insured and our staff is OLCC certified. We charge based on consumption.


Wine & Champagne
Mac's can suggest a wine to compliment your event. We order wine and champagne from around the world. We also like to support our local producers whenever possible. Please consult one of our catering specialists to assist in selecting the right wine or champagne for your special event. Wine & Champagne are both available by the bottle starting at $15.00. Champagne punch is available for $25.00 per gallon.

Corkage
Mac's will serve alcoholic beverages that you provide for your event. Please recognize that the following corkage fees will apply: Bottled Wine $7.50 per bottle (per 750 ml bottle).

Designed to offer your guests a little more than beer and wine without the full bar!

Tailgater's Punch- This old family recipe has warmed up many a Duck football games over the years. Four different rums, triple sec and a variety of fresh juices create a very refreshing, potent punch. Served on the rocks.
Five Gallon minimum batch, easily serves 50-75 guests. $225.00

Raging Rita Party- Handshaken Margaritas with limes, Cuervo Gold, triple sec and homemade sweet and sour. Your choice of Classic, Mango Guava or Berry Margarita. $6.50 per drink

Shaken Not Stirred!- Classic vodka and gin martinis, Manhattans, Cosmos and Kamakazis, Lemon drops, Apple martinis and Washington apples. $7.00 per drink.

There is a $100.00 set up fee for each full bar required for
your event.
